Terms of Service

By accessing or using Podli ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Podli. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Podli is an AI-powered podcast audio processing platform. The Service allows users to upload audio recordings, apply noise removal and enhancement, mix multiple audio tracks, generate transcriptions, and export finished podcast episodes.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

To access the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

The Creator plan is available on a monthly (£19.99/month) or annual (£179.88/year) subscription basis. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until that date and no refunds are issued for the remaining period.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at your next renewal date.

The Free plan provides 60 minutes of audio processing credits. Creator plan subscribers receive 240 minutes of processing credits per billing period.

Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

We reserve the right to adjust credit allocations for any plan with reasonable notice to users.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service
• Resell or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.

Your content: You retain full ownership of all audio files and content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and store your files solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Our platform: The Podli platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by Podli and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without our express written consent.

We do not claim ownership of the processed output files you generate using the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Audio files you upload are stored securely and are used only to provide the Service. We do not use your audio content to train AI models or share it with third parties, except as necessary to deliver the Service (e.g., AI processing providers).

Processed files are retained for a reasonable period to allow you to download them. Files may be deleted after a period of inactivity.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. AI-generated outputs (including noise removal, transcriptions, and edits) are provided as-is and may not be perfect — you are responsible for reviewing all output before publication.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Podli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Podli in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability) will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any disputes arising under these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
